During performances of Don't Drink the Water, The Driftwood Players are pleased to feature the work of artist Susan Park in the lobby of The Wade James Theatre.

Susan Henderson Park lives and works in Edmonds. Her artwork is inspired by ideas and images from such diverse sources as history, literature, science, nature and faith. Her visual vocabulary has been formed through a lifetime of eager observation of minute and everyday imagery.

This fascination with the natural world is reflected in her work. Her conceptual creations are derived from a stored vocabulary of natural design and often incorporate words and symbols. Whether two-dimensional or three, Susan’s delight in the curves, shapes and forms found in creation is expressed in all her work.
